The old master cobblers rightfully referred to the shoes they worked on as a fusion of precise craftsmanship backed by years of experience, artistic sensibility, carefully selected high-quality materials, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, functionality, and long-lasting durability. Shoemaking Workshops
The workshops I organize are designed for participants who, over the course of two intensive days, will sew and take home their own pair of shoes. I hold these courses twice a month, usually for two students, but I also offer individual courses. The available dates are often booked well in advance by those who have contacted me and expressed their interest in participating. These individuals are placed on a waiting list and receive priority email invitations before the dates are made public. However, in practice, demand is so high that new courses are fully booked from the waiting list before they can even be publicly announced. I typically schedule workshops a year in advance, usually in the fall. The list of available dates is sent via a mass email, and slots are assigned based on the order of responses.
